Who am I?
My name is Kristine Ryan, and I am a nationally certified Speech-Language Pathologist with Speech Language and Audiology Canada (SAC) and the Nova Scotia College for Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists (NSCASLP). I have a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Child and Youth Studies from Mount Saint Vincent University and my Masters of Health Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Toronto. I have experience in various settings, including schools, clinics, and hospitals. My areas of interest include articulation (speech sounds), early language, receptive and expressive language, and preliteracy skills (phonological awareness). I work with children from ages 18 months through school age. I am very passionate about working with children with various speech and language needs and look forward to working closely with them and their families to meet their goals.
